Where does the South begin? Very clever who can answer this question … The starting point depends on the person who speaks and when it does it; and if it is beyond a boundary, it cannot be behind a barrier. For fifteen years, the artistic team of Regard Sud Gallery embraces in one festival cinemas of the Maghreb and the Middle East, not hesitating when the desire is felt, to open its favorite area to more vast southern territories.
In the company of directors, producers and actors that its invites to this retrospective panorama, the festival offers an annual inventory (literally) and an artistic balance even more exciting since the Arab Spring that feeds the inspiration of the authors, and gives them the desire to testify about the changes that they attend.
