From April 7 to 14 2016, Lomé will host the third encounter of the cinematic art called the Lomé Film Festival (Fescilom) with the theme “Cinema and sustainable development goals (SDGs)“. This festival is an international platform for the promotion of Togolese short films.
All Togolese directors, technicians and production houses who already have to their credit a film production, especially in short film are free to participate.
For this 2016 edition, there will be three competition film categories: feature films, documentaries, short films and music videos.
According to the Fescilom Delegate General, Joel Misséboukpo, the choice of the theme “Cinema and sustainable development goals,” is part of the recommendations of the Cop21.
