Espera G. Donouvossi is a cultural manager, translator and research assistant in cultural policy and creative economy. Graduated in Linguistics and International relations from University of Abomey-Calavi (Benin), he has studied English communication skills in South Africa and completed a postgraduate certificate in Cultural policies administration from Observatory of Cultural Policies in Grenoble, France. He has worked as an art journalist and film critic since 2003. He has recently worked as projects manager and network coordinator for Arterial Network (a Pan-African network of arts organizations, institutions and individuals engaged in the African creator sector) for 4 years based in Cape Town, South Africa. He is currently project and financial manager for the Mokolo Project based in Lagos, at Goethe-Institut Nigeria.
A graduate of Public Administration, Ijeoma dabbled into the Film and Television industry over a decade ago, where she worked on reality shows like Gulder Ultimate Search, Maltina Dancehall and Star Quest, as a freelance Non-Linear Editor. She later moved on to full time work and was a senior editor with Royalroots Communication Network, where she edited sitcoms like My Mum & I, About to Wed, Bella’s place, House – Apart and some documentaries. Desiring to do something else apart from editing, she moved on to production, after studying Film and Television production from the Zee Institute of Media Arts, Mumbai. Ijeoma is always eager to learn new things which is why she decided to come onboard the Mokolo Project, to contribute from her wealth of knowledge, as well as to learn new things in the Arts. She loves reading and listening to good music.

Graduate in Entertainment and Media and after working in the music industry in France, Lucille initially decided to move to Cotonou, Benin Republic where she found a second home. Led by the conviction that culture is crucial no matter where you are, she started to get involved in several cultural projects in Benin, especially those related to the music and hip hop culture.. Today, her main professional aim is to be a part of projects pursuing creative objectives such as network consolidation, professional exchange and recognition of culture as key vectors for sustainable development. After 5 years of living in Benin Republic, including two years working at the Zinsou Foundation, she moved to Lagos, which better suited her vivacious personality. Aware of the importance of the use and penetration of IT in Africa, she keeps up her self-improvement with these new means of communication.

Iwa has a BSc(Hons) Sociology degree, from the London School of Economics and Political Science. She has a background in Marketing, Consulting and Banking. She previously worked as an Analyst for two years and oversaw research into banking and government regulations for the financial and energy industry. She is skilled in database compilation and public policy research. As a Marketing Consultant she conducted qualitative and quantitative data analysis, designed questionnaires and surveys for market research activities. She is skilled in information gathering and has certificates in Customer Service, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Sales & Marketing. In her spare time, she can be found reading, writing and editing books.
Creative, Visionary & Innovative Mobile and Linked Open Data Technologist, for 17+ years of progressive experience in Web Semantics, Enterprise & Mobile Software development and Project Management. This includes strategic technical analysis, architecture design, planning and product development, using object-oriented approach, agile methodology with the best of breed technologies. Emeka is an IT expert for the Mokolo project and is based in Nigeria.
